PRACTICE ALWAYS STARTS AT 9am

Practice is when you get the chance to see changes that have been made to the track.  Practice is when you warm up for the race. Practice is when you warm up your bike. Practice is NOT a race! Please be conscious of you surroundings and courteous to fellow racers.

When you come to practice PLEASE remember the following:

  1. HAVE ALL SAFETY GEAR ON!
  2. YOU MUST ALREADY BE SIGNED IN FOR RACING BEFORE PRACTICE.
  3. Be in the correct practice, we give adequate time for each class to practice.
  4. Line up in front of the starting gate.

RACING ALWAYS STARTS AT 10am

Racing-  There will be a race order printed and posted by 9:30am at the sign up table.  This order will tell you how many riders are in your class and what gate you are on.  Please come check this order before you get to the starting line.  Riders must sign up for racing before they get to the race gate.  Riders will line up on the starting gate in a first come first serve order.  A stager will check for race numbers on all three sides of the bike.  If you have the same number as another rider you might be asked to put an X on your number plate or listed by bike brand or color (for example a #1 blue bike will be given the # 1B for scoring purposes)…This is not the end of the world, just take the X it will not effect your points in any way!!!!

When you come to the starting gate PLEASE remember the following:

  2. Numbers on all 3 number plates, OR YOU WILL NOT BE SCORED.

  5. Check your gas before you come to the line! Make sure your gas is ON!
  6. Check your tires before you come to the line!

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OUR FRIENDLY STAGER IS RIGHT THERE TO HELP YOU

SCORING

Riders earn race points in each of the motos according to their respective finish positions. Winners are determined on the basis of total points earned in all motos, except qualifying and consolation motos. In case of a tie, the winner of the tie will be determined on the basis of points earned in the second (final) moto.

For example: Rider A finishes first in the Moto 1, and second in Moto 2. Rider B finishes second in Moto 1, and first in Moto 2. Rider B wins the "overall" because Rider B posted a better finish in the second moto, even though each rider has earned the same cumulative amount of points.

The rider accumulating the most number of points will be declared the overall winner of the event.
